- Aug 19: Sheryl Wenstand will provide a pattern for an X-large project bag, 16.5” X 16.5” This project uses vinyl and a kit will be provided. A supply list will be given to those who sign up. There is some prior pep work for this project if you want to finish during class. Kits will be available, but you can use your own fabrics. If you call Quilt Central to order items for the class, be sure to let them know it is for this AUG class. Price TBD.
- Sept 16 - 9 am- 12am Folded log cabin block. Nas has a sampler
posted in the Guild. The workshop will focus on completing one block
with two fabrics and a center focal fabric. Many different layouts are
possible as with any log cabin quilt block. The book by Sara Kaufman
has great examples. The center block can be small or a larger fussy
cut square.
