Upcoming Programs



- June 16: Nas Mazuji - using up the never-ending scraps in our stash! This will be interactive any quilters who have practical suggestions or would like to share their methodology for taming their scraps are welcome to present.

- July 14: (Note that this is the 2nd Tuesday) Studio tour of the Ritter ranch with Sheila Ritter in Hereford. We will carpool to the ranch from the Guild in two different groups as there is limited parking. The two groups will visit from 9-11 and 11:30-1:30. More information to follow. The ranch is a popular quilt retreat and there is a quilt shop on the premises.


- AUG 18: Sheryl Wenstrand, Bags, purses, etc. “Take Stand”. Sheryl is from Green Valley Bags and Textile. Lauri from Quilt Central will also be in attendance with novelty items.



Upcoming Workshops



​​- All workshops - classes start at 9am at the Guild.- Sign up for the class in advance.- Non members welcome depending on space. - Sign up & Pay in advance for supplies list.​

- Jun 17: Nas Mazuji will guide you on using the Sunshine and Shadows pattern to use up your scraps. If you are new or do not have enough scraps, fabric will be provided for $5. Class Cost is $15.


- Jul: NO workshop. See Quilt Room tour 14 July 2026.

- Aug 19: Sheryl Wenstand will provide a pattern for an X-large project bag, 16.5” X 16.5” This project uses vinyl and a kit will be provided. A supply list will be given to those who sign up. There is some prior pep work for this project if you want to finish during class. Kits will be available, but you can use your own fabrics. If you call Quilt Central to order items for the class, be sure to let them know it is for this AUG class. Price TBD.

Programs:

-- Programs are presented at our monthly meetings, on the third Tuesday of each month in the morning(9am) and in the evening (6pm). Programs include a Guest speaker.

Workshops

-- Many lecturers teach a workshop while they are here. workshops teach new techniques to improve our quilting skills.

-- If scheduled, the workshops are held the third Wednesday of each month.

-- You must sign up and pay in advance for the workshop.

-- Most workshops have a min and max number of students, so sign up well in advance so we know that we will be able to have the workshop.

-- Each workshop will have a supply list with the materials and equipment needed for that class. If a sewing machine is needed, be sure it is in good working order and you know how to use it.
